Michael Kelly has a broad experience in negotiating industrial agreements since the 1980’s. Early coal industry experience ranged from negotiating annual productivity linked agreements at a site by site level to state and national level negotiations for Award changes and industry restructuring. Since enterprise bargaining became a fundamental part of Australia's IR legislation, Michael has negotiated over 100 federally registered agreements. This includes a mix of green fields and brownfields agreements with unions, as well as non-union agreements directly with employees. MKC has also advised on common law contracts across a number of industries. In summary MK Consulting offers employers a mix of experience and knowledge that few IR consultants could match.
