Our Core Values

1.Clients First

Achieving outcomes that clients require is first and foremost and underpins the MKC approach. An essential element of this approach is a clear understanding of what’s needed and a carefully planned and disciplined process aimed at achieving the right result.

2.Work Passionately

There is an old saying that the harder you work, the luckier you get. IR is no exception and having energy and passion are fundamental requirements in achieving desired outcomes. It helps enormously when you like what you do.

3.Stay Focused

Getting good results requires focus and attention to detail. It is important to get the little things right as well as the major issues. Staying focused and disciplined in your approach provides the most likely chance of success.

4.Go the Distance

It is not often that a successful outcome comes easily or quickly. More often it requires stamina, persistence, and determination to achieve desired results. Whether it is workplace change or negotiating agreements, a business needs to stay the course and remain fixed on achieving a successful outcome.
